About being healthy…What kind of foods are you feeding yourself? Look at your body like a car, it needs to be driven, it requires maintenance, regularly scheduled check ups and fuel. Don’t forget to wash and detail it while your at it!
Going to see the doctor is a check up.
Exercise is taking your car for a drive.
E…ating is fueling up.
Answer a few questions for me…Would you try to overfill your fuel tank? Would you put bad fuel in your car? Would you wait until you ran out of gas before putting more fuel in?
I’m sure you answered “no” to all of these questions. If so, why wouldn’t you treat your body the same way?
