The pattern, the routine, what you have to do, the order of things…This is what the mind naturally puts it’s attention to. Society has brought you up this way. Does this sound familiar?

Sometimes you just have to practice acceptance.

People are the way they are and that’s how they are going to be. I used to spend a good deal of time trying to get people to change…It didn’t work very well.
