Be unreasonable with yourself. Step outside of your comfort zone, which isn’t that comfortable it’s just what we are used to, and create something new. Get out of the rut by expanding the road your on.
Which person best describes you? Someone who honors how they feel when faced with adversity or one who honors their commitments?
So when I ask, “Are you really optimistic?”, take a look to see if the foundation is based on belief or hope.

There are times when I get so focused on what there is to do, that I lose sight of how I might occur to the rest of the world.
A great starting point for self confidence is knowing that you can count on yourself to cause your life.
The box we live in is made of glass, people see right through it. It’s time to take the lid off, step outside and be outgoing.
Shaking it up, and having a good time creates more than simply showing up and going through the motions. Make a change, create a shift in “how” you are today. Find ways to enjoy each moment, laugh at yourself, smile at someone else, listen to your favorite music or tell a great story.
